EARN is a statewide technical assistance initiative led by the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) in partnership with the Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE). We support Local Education Agencies, Institutions of Higher Education, labor partners, and community organizations as they develop and implement Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) in TK–12 teaching.
