The Educator Apprenticeship Resource Network (EARN) is launching a year-long Community of Practice (CoP) to support Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and their labor partners in designing and registering a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) for TK–12 teachers.
Running January through December 2027, this collaborative learning experience will help partnership teams build the knowledge, systems, and relationships needed to successfully develop and register high-quality teacher apprenticeship programs.

Participating teams will have access to:
Individualized coaching and technical assistance tailored to your program's goals from experts and partners who have successfully designed and registered teacher apprenticeship programs.
Exclusive tools, templates, and implementation resources to support every stage of program development.
A collaborative learning network where participants can connect with peers, share promising practices, and learn from one another.
In-person and virtual learning sessions focused on key milestones in the apprenticeship design and registration process.
Ongoing one-on-one coaching throughout the year to support planning, implementation, and continuous progress.
A small partnership stipend to help offset travel expenses associated with the in-person convening.
Participant Commitment
Participant Commitment
Programs will participate as partnership teams, consisting of representatives from both the employer (LEA) and their labor organizations. Teams are expected to:
Attend all virtual and in-person Community of Practice sessions.
Participate in individualized coaching throughout the year.
Actively engage in planning and implementation activities.
Share lessons learned and promising practices with the Community of Practice.

Applications will be opening soon! Participation is limited, and space will be reserved for a select number of partnership teams. We encourage interested LEA and labor partners to complete the application as soon as it becomes available.
